EXCLUSIVE: Colin O’Brien, one of the young stars of Neon’s horror film The Monkey from Longlegs helmer Osgood Perkins, has signed with Luber Roklin Entertainment for management.
In the film, released February 21, O’Brien plays Petey, the son of Hal, who along with his twin brother Bill, experiences myriad horrors after rediscovering their father’s old toy monkey in the attic. An adaptation of Stephen King’s short story from 1980, the flick has him sharing the screen with Theo James, who plays both twins, as well as Elijah Wood and Tatiana Maslany. His character in the Ann Napolitano novel adaptation is a 12-year-old boy who becomes the lone survivor of a plane crash, surviving his entire family.
