Meghan McCain wants her feud with Carrie Coon to stop and has taken to social media to make a call to “turn the page.”
McCain and the White Lotus star have traded jabs at each other on social media and after Coon mentioned her in a new interview, the former View co-host has had enough.
“Carrie this is the fifth time you’ve talked about me publicly in the past few weeks,” McCain posted on X, Elon Musk’s social media platform formerly known as Twitter. “Gotta turn the page, girl. Not gonna lie, it’s getting weird now.”
McCain’s latest post came after Coon was asked about the daughter of the late Senator John McCain following their social media interaction.

“I hope Meghan enjoyed the finale. I’m glad she’s watching the show,” Coon told Variety.
McCain had recently taken to social media to call out Coon after the actress said in an interview the Republican pundit should be “gratified” for the portrayal of the conservative character on the HBO show.
“Yes Carrie, I am ‘gratified that the conservative character represented one not making a fool of herself,” McCain posted on X.
McCain added, “Unlike the progressive liberal you’re representing who is sleeping with hotel staff and showing her tits to everyone.”
Coon, who is very active on the microblogging platform calling out the Trump administration, quoted McCain’s post and added, “I didn’t realize my quote was so inflammatory. Is ‘gratified’ a new trigger word?”
McCain fired back, adding, “Let me tell you, if I were on a hit tv show on HBO the last thing I would be doing is spending my time fighting with conservatives for weeks.”
In March, Coon replied to a post made by McCain where she said it was “the first time I can remember crying during a state of the union. Thank you President Trump. This is so beautiful.”
Coon quoted the posted and added, “Who’s gonna tell her.”
McCain would later question if she should continue watching The White Lotus after Coon’s interaction.
“Can’t decide if I should still watch White Lotus tonight since one of the stars decided to tweet some nasty crap at me this week for liking Trumps address to the nation,” McCain posted.
