George Clooney’s famous friends raved about his character just a day before it was revealed that he allegedly cursed out a TV producer.

“I love the man. Love George. Really, love his movies, love … his style, the way he conducts himself,” Pierce Brosnan, 71, gushed to People at the premiere of Clooney’s new Broadway show, “Good Night, and Good Luck,” in New York City Thursday night.

The “GoldenEye” star added, “He’s got such class and he’s so gosh darn confident and so handsome.”

Brosnan’s wife, Keely Shaye Smith, also praised Clooney, 63, for being a “great philanthropist” and advocate “for the underdogs.”

Comedian Richard Kind then told the outlet of the “Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?” star, who is a longtime friend, “As much as [people] think he’s a great guy, he’s better.”

Less than 24 hours after the glowing endorsements, Clooney’s reputation took a hit Friday when author Chris Whipple shared a shocking story about the actor in his new book, “Uncharted: How Trump Beat Biden, Harris and the Odds in the Wildest Campaign in History.”

The writer claimed that Clooney had called an unnamed producer at MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” last summer to sound off on co-host Mika Brzezinski’s remarks on the air about his New York Times op-ed.

In the piece, the “Up In the Air” star had called for then-President Joe Biden to step down from the 2024 race, stating, “The one battle he cannot win is the fight against time.”

“It’s devastating to say it, but the Joe Biden I was with three weeks ago at the fund-raiser was not the Joe ‘big F-ing deal’ Biden of 2010,” he added. “He wasn’t even the Joe Biden of 2020.”

Brzezinski, 57, said on “Morning Joe” on July 11, 2024, “This wasn’t George Clooney. … I think that Barack Obama has a lot of influence, and I think that there’s, there’s a lot there.”

An unnamed MSNBC producer reportedly claimed to Whipple that Clooney was furious over the segment and the insinuation that Obama, 63, was behind his op-ed.

Journalist Tara Palmeri read the alleged heated exchange that took place, citing Whipple’s book, on her Substack newsletter, “The Red Letter,” Friday.

“‘You [f–ked] me. You’re my friend. You should have stood up for me,’” Clooney allegedly told the producer, who allegedly replied, “‘George, it’s just not a movie, where you go script page to script page.’”

The remark prompted the “Batman & Robin” star to hit back with another F-bomb, which allegedly led to yet another expletive-filled phone call, in which Clooney allegedly told the producer he did not trust him.

Page Six reached out to the movie star’s reps for comment but has not heard back.
