The Los Angeles Clippers will once again host the Dallas Mavericks for the second night of a back-to-back set on Saturday.
The Clippers will look to collect their 46th win of the season, while the Mavericks will look to inch closer to .500 as they search for their 39th win. Dallas dropped the first game against the Clippers in this set on Friday, 114-91.
The Mavericks will look for some revenge in this final game of the regular season between the two. The Clippers will soon continue their hot streak; however, due to injury management, their superstar forward Kawhi Leonard landed on the injury report.
Leonard has been a mainstay on the injury report, although he played in Friday’s contest. That will continue to be the case in the second night of a back-to-back. The Clippers have upgraded Leonard from questionable to available. He will play and start in his 34th game of the season.

Leonard was solid against the Mavericks on Friday as he recorded 20 points on 8-of-17 shooting from the field, six rebounds, two assists, and one steal across 24 minutes. The 33-year-old veteran has been stellar this season, although he has been limited.
The Clippers will need everything and more from Leonard if they want to make a deep playoff run this season. As things stand, Los Angeles has a 45-32 record, which is good for the No. 7 seed in the loaded Western Conference.
If things were to remain, the Clippers would host the No. 8 seed, the Memphis Grizzlies, in the play-in tournament for the right to be the No. 7 seed in the West and play the No. 2 seed Houston Rockets.
When Leonard has played, he has been great, averaging 20.7 points per game, 5.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.5 steals while shooting 49.2 percent from the field and 39.9 percent from three in 33 games and 31.1 minutes of action.
Leonard has struggled to stay healthy throughout his career, especially during his Clippers tenure. As the playoffs approach, he will look to turn the tide and lead his team to a deep run.
