In Geneva this week, Bremont celebrates its 23rd year with a special range of timekeeping novelties for Watches & Wonders. While Bremont is mostly associated with its aviation-themed time-tellers, the British watch brand decided to do something somewhat different this year. Spotlighted from the brand’s newest unveiling are two distinct Terra Nova Jumping Hour references, which also mark the introduction of this complication for Bremont’s field watch collection.

The first iteration is a limited-edition 38mm model, crafted in cupro-aluminum bronze and a montre à guichet style display, sporting linear apertures for the hour, minute and second indications. The brushed bronze case not only provides durability but also develops a unique patina over time, adding character to this functional yet elegant timepiece. Limited to 100 pieces, this design continues the Terra Nova Bronze series introduced earlier in the year and comes with either a matching bronze bracelet or a vintage-inspired tan leather strap.

The second variant is the Terra Nova 40.5mm Jumping Hour, crafted in polished and brushed 904L steel with a glossy black dial. This model brings a refined aesthetic to the collection while maintaining its military-inspired integrity, with luminescent markers and Super-LumiNova® accents ensuring optimal legibility. The unique layout of the hour and minute windows provides a dynamic yet balanced viewing experience and comes with a matching steel bracelet or a black leather strap.

Both models feature the high-performance Jumping Hour movement, the BC634 caliber, developed through Bremont’s exclusive partnership with Sellita. Operating with high torque and precision, the movement ensures a seamless jump in less than 1/10 second as the hour disc transitions. This mechanism not only delivers accurate timekeeping but also offers a visually dynamic display of time with a 56-hour power reserve.

Prices range from $4,000 to $5,650 USD, the new Terra Nova Jumping Hour watches are available via Bremont.
