Gia Giudice downplayed mom Teresa Giudice and stepdad Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ financial woes one week after news broke that the pair owe $3 million in taxes.

The 24-year-old admitted in Sunday’s episode of her new “Casual Chaos” podcast that she had “a chaotic week” while juggling work and the couple’s legal trouble.

“We have had a lot of positive moments this week and some negative moments. I’m sure you all have seen the news,” she began, noting that she wanted to be “real” and honest about the situation.

“Let’s start from the beginning. My mom has been the sole provider for my sisters and I since the minute my father [Joe Giudice] left for prison. The second my mom got home from jail, she has been working her ass off to make sure that my sisters and I live a stable life and that my family is financially stable.”

Gia said she “can’t stress enough” how hard her “mom has worked” and promised that “everything will be resolved.”

“My mom has everything under control, and there’s nothing to worry about,” she added.

The Rutgers University graduate also praised Ruelas, who married her mom in August 2022, as “the most amazing stepfather.”

“He treats my sisters and I like we are his own,” she said. “He is also working on getting everything resolved as well. But there’s nothing to worry about. Everything’s going to be fine. But thank you for your concern.”

The IRS slapped the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, 52, with $303,889.20 in tax liens last week, according to documents obtained by Page Six.

The paperwork also stated that Ruelas, 49, owed nearly $2.6 million in addition to an outstanding $163,523.94 tax lien from December 2024, which was not included in the total.

The businessman reportedly received a one-year extension on $1 million he borrowed in March 2024. He also allegedly requested and received an additional $250,000 loan.

Although Teresa and Ruelas have yet to comment on the situation, Bethenny Frankel shared her two cents on TikTok last week.

The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum, 54, said she was shocked that Teresa would get herself into “another marriage with financial legal issues.”

Teresa notably spent time behind bars in 2015 after she and her then-husband, Joe, 52, were convicted of mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud.

“I feel terrible but, like, fool me once, you’re a fool, fool me twice, I’m a fool. … There’s never been a worse picker in the history of pickers than myself besides Teresa,” Frankel said.

Gia also addressed Frankel’s comments in her latest podcast episode, slamming the entrepreneur for discussing the matter publicly.

“Bethany Frankel, thank you so much for your sweet video,” she sarcastically said.

“You are a mother with a daughter, and I bet you wouldn’t like if somebody was saying this about you. I hope that $1,000 TikTok paycheck was really worth it. And thanks, but we’re doing perfectly fine over here.”

In addition to Gia, Teresa shares daughters Gabriella, 20, Milania, 19, and Audriana, 15, with Joe. Ruelas is a dad to sons Nicholas, 23, and Louie Jr., 21, from a previous relationship.
