Following the release of the MoonSwatch 1965, OMEGA and Swatch have returned with another eclectic iteration of the MoonSwatch. The Mission to the Pink Moonphase pays tribute to April’s Pink Moon with a bold design featuring a pink Bioceramic build complemented by a pink VELCRO® strap.
Central to its design is the poetic moon phase complication, showcasing two pink moons resting against a rotating black moon phase disc at the 2 o’clock subdial. Under UV light, an enchanting hidden detail emerges on the moonphase disc, adding an extra layer of intrigue. The caseback further enhances the cosmic theme with a stunning display of pink shades, while the OMEGA x Swatch branding, Speedmaster and MoonSwatch logos unify the watch’s identity within the collection. Bioceramic materials across the design contribute to the model’s durable and distinct finish.
In addition to its captivating aesthetics, the Mission to the Pink Moonphase introduces practical functionality with a pulsometer scale on its black Bioceramic bezel. The pulsometer allows wearers to measure their heart rate in beats per minute with ease, simply by starting the chronograph, counting 30 beats and stopping the timer. This feature is topped with playful detail on the top push button – an embossed heart motif – adding a subtle nod to the pulsometer’s purpose.
Available exclusively at select Swatch locations for a limited time starting April 1, the Mission to the Pink Moonphase Moonswatch will retail for $310 USD. For details regarding the list of participating stores, head over to Swatch’s website.
