Tracy Morgan was taken away in a wheelchair after vomiting courtside at the New York Knicks vs. Miami Heat game.

A photo shared on X Monday night showed the comedian hunched over and throwing up in his floor seat at Madison Square Garden in New York City. He was seen being attended to by a concerned friend.

A separate video showed Morgan, 56, wiping his face with a white towel while being escorted out of the arena by medics.

The eyewitness claimed the “30 Rock” alum was “bleeding from [his] nose” and “could barely stand up.”

The actor’s medical incident reportedly delayed the game in the third quarter for about 10 minutes.

Reps for Morgan did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

A spokesperson for Madison Square Garden told The Post in a statement, “We hope Tracy feels better soon and look forward to seeing him back courtside.”

Morgan, who was born in the Bronx, is a loyal supporter of the Knicks and frequently attends games.

Knicks player Josh Hart also sent well-wishes to Morgan after the team’s 116-95 victory over the Heat.

“We hope everything is good with Tracy Morgan, avid lifetime Knicks fan, so prayers go out to him and his health and safety,” Hart said.

Morgan has dealt with serious health issues over the years — including battling diabetes, undergoing a kidney transplant in 2010 and sustaining life-threatening injuries in a June 2014 crash on the New Jersey Turnpike that left him in coma for eight days.

Last year, he got candid about his experience taking the type 2 diabetes drug Ozempic to lose weight.

After joking that he gained 40 pounds on the medication, Morgan clarified to E! News in March 2024, “Ozempic did great by me, and I was glad to use it.”

He went on to say that the drug cut his appetite “in half.”

“Now I only eat half a bag of Doritos,” he quipped at the time.
