Initially teased at his debut Milan Fashion Week show earlier this year, the lululemon and Saul Nash collaboration is finally here. Titled “SLNSH,” the collection blends lululemon’s commitment to athletic and leisure wear with the London-based designer’s elevated style. Through the lens of metamorphosis, the collection challenges the boundaries of fashion and activewear.
“Saul has an innate understanding of our DNA, taking our technical fabrics and construction methods into his world to produce a collection that stands at the crossroads of performance and style,” said Jonathan Cheung, the creative director of lululemon.
The collaboration centers on four main design pillars: Hybridity, Modularity, Reveal & Conceal, and Transformation. Genderless sportswear is also crucial to Nash’s design code. Pieces include a full range of womenswear, menswear, and accessories.
Standout pieces include the 2-in-1 Transformable Jacket, Mesh-Panelled High-Rise Tight, and Ripstop Utility Pant. Yellows and oranges peak out from under mesh-paneled windows, adding an exciting pop of color. Elsewhere, lightweight paneled sleeves allow for a way-way stretch and fabric breathability.
The SLNSH collaboration is available online at lululemon.com and at select stores globally. Prices range from $64 – $298 USD. In the meantime, you can check out some of the pieces in the lookbook above, and stay tuned to Hypebeast for more updates.
