Picture this: Jon Hamm, Olivia Munn, and Amanda Peet in the wealthy suburbs of New York, playing tennis, attending high-society events, and lying about nearly everything along the way. That’s just an appetizer of what awaits when Apple TV+ launches the new dramedy, Your Friends & Neighbors, on April 11. In fact, the streamer believes in the series so much that they’ve already renewed it for season two. (And how could they not? Whether it’s scenes with Hamm and Munn, or Hamm and Peet, or Munn and Peet, this is an all-star cast worth watching.)
While reviews of the show are currently under embargo, I’ll say this: Having seen the first few episodes, it’s a mix of Big Little Lies meets Breaking Bad but with its own unique spin on class, money, and gender dynamics. And if that doesn’t sell you, maybe this will: I didn’t steer you wrong when it came to Nobody Wants This or The White Lotus, so trust me on this. Your Friends & Neighbors will be your must-see weekly binge of the spring.
In the nine-episode first season, viewers meet Andrew “Coop” Cooper (Jon Hamm), a hedge fund manager who is still grappling with his recent divorce from his ex, played by Amanda Peet. To make matters worse, he’s suddenly fired from his high-profile job. Depressed, scared, and totally desperate, Coop resorts to stealing from the homes of his neighbors in the exceedingly affluent Westmont Village, only to discover that the secrets and affairs hidden behind those wealthy façades might be more dangerous than he ever imagined.

When will Your Friends & Neighbors premiere?
The first two episodes will drop on Friday, April 11. One new episode will premiere each week, every Friday. The season one finale will drop on Friday, May 30.
When is season two coming?
Other than having already been renewed the show for a second season, Apple TV+ has yet to announce a second season premiere date. My guess is sometime in 2026.
Who’s in the cast?
Hamm both stars in and executive produces the series. The ensemble cast also includes Amanda Peet, Olivia Munn, Hoon Lee, Mark Tallman, Lena Hall, Aimee Carrero, Eunice Bae, Isabel Gravitt, and Donovan Colan. Best-selling author Jonathan Tropper is the creator, executive producer, director, and showrunner. Connie Tavel and Craig Gillespie also executive produce, and Gillespie directs episodes 101 to 102, with additional episodes directed by Stephanie Laing, Greg Yaitanes, and Tropper.
What else do we know?
