Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves’ eldest son, Levi McConaughey, joined the couple for a rare family outing at the South by Southwest film festival.
The 16-year-old looked all grown up as he posed for pictures with his famous parents Monday at the “Rivals of Amziah King” premiere.
Levi opted for a more casual look, sporting a patterned, maroon button-down, tan chinos and a black bomber jacket on the red carpet.
Meanwhile, Matthew and Alves both wore black suits, with the “Interstellar” star, 55, opting for a classic fit while the model, 42, added some fun embellishments to her look.
The pair — who also shares daughter Vida, 15, and son Livingston, 12 — rarely take their children to public events.
However, their eldest seems to be following in their footsteps.
Levi landed his first acting gig in “Way of the Warrior Kid,” which also stars Chris Pratt, in September 2024.
Little is known about Levi’s character in the film, which tells the story of a bullied teen learning “to find his inner warrior with the help of his uncle, an elite Navy SEAL.”
The Joseph McGinty-directed movie is based on a coming-of-age book of the same name written by Jocko Willink.
Although the Oscar winner is not involved in the project, he seemingly acted as a mentor for his son during filming.
In an October 2024 video obtained by TMZ, Matthew could be seen giving Levi a pep talk in between scenes.
The teen appeared a bit stressed as he paced on a beach in San Diego while his dad offered some advice.
The “Dallas Buyers Club” star gave Levi an encouraging pat on the shoulder before he was whisked away to film a pull-up scene, per the outlet.
Matthew previously told “Entertainment Tonight” that he wanted his children to pursue “whatever it is they’re fashioned to do” — even if that means working in Hollywood.
“Whatever they have an innate ability to do, and are willing to put in the work to get better at it. Whatever that is, I want them to do that,” he said in November 2020.
“If that becomes something in the industry that I’m in? Bravo. I’ve met some of the most wonderful people in my life in my industry, I love what I do. Everybody on a set of a film or a TV show has to be great at their particular job for it to work.”
Speaking directly about his eldest, Matthew said the then-12-year-old was already shaping up to follow in his footsteps.
“He, like me, has a very much perfectionist bone in him,” the actor told the outlet.
“He’s a great salesman, he’s a great debater, he’s a great storyteller, he’s becoming a really good storyteller,” he continued. “He and I, we riff up stories and he knows, we give a little wink when we embellish somewhere, like ‘Oh, that didn’t happen, but hey, it’s better for the story’…”
