Sam Asghari compared a potential partner with a “high body count” to a “used car.”
During an appearance on “The Nikki & Brie Show” Monday, things got a little awkward when the most recent ex-husband of Britney Spears was asked whether he would “banish” someone if they lied about the number of people they’ve had sex with.
“Absolutely. Of course. It’s like a used car,” he said.
“You come over here, you can’t reverse the mileage on that car. That’s illegal. That’s against the law,” the “Traitors” star, 31, added as his co-star Chrishell Stause stared open-mouthed.
When co-host Brie Garcia asked Asghari if there was a number that was a “no no” to him, he replied, “Absolutely. I think more than like — no. Depends.”
The model’s “Traitors” co-star Wells Adams then chimed in, saying he felt “very uncomfortable.”
Brie and her twin sister and co-host, Nikki Garcia, pleaded with Asghari to tell them what number of sexual partners he thinks is too high for a woman to have.
“Obviously, the lower the better,” he said, adding that the number of sexual partners should reflect the person’s “age.”
Nikki, 41, then asked Asghari what amount of sexual partners is OK for a 31-year-old woman to have.
“If it’s more than me … if the body count is more than me, then that’s going to be bad,” he explained.
Though Asghari declined to share his body count, he said “it’s not high” and was “probably around 10.”
“I didn’t count,” he admitted.
When the “Special Ops: Lioness” actor shared that it’s just not the body count and “mileage” that matters when he’s dating a woman, Stause, 43, interjected, saying, “Oh my God. That word. I cannot.”
Asghari rose to fame when he began dating Spears, also 43, in 2016.
He and the “Toxic” singer tied the knot in June 2022 and called it quits the following year.
Asghari is now dating Brooke Irvine.
