George Clooney has officially traded in his silver fox look for a dramatic new change.
On Sunday, March 9, the Michael Clayton actor, 63, enjoyed lunch with his wife, Amal Clooney, at celeb hotspot Raoul’s in New York City, per Page Six. However, there was something noticeably different with George, who was photographed getting into a car with a different hair color.
In photographs supplied by the outlet, George debuted a new chestnut hue. Dressed in khaki pants, Adidas sneakers and a leather jacket, the father of two was completely transformed just by making the change. He and Amal, 47, share twins, Ella and Alexander, 7.
It’s unclear if George dyed his hair for an upcoming role. According to his IMDb page, he doesn’t have any new movies confirmed at the present time.
For the most part, the Ocean’s Eleven star hasn’t concerned himself too much with the aging process. In fact, in a February interview with the Irish Times, he opened up about how he’s feeling as he’s getting older.
“I had this conversation with Amal when I turned 60. I said, ‘Look, I can still play full-court basketball. I can still run around. I can still do pretty much everything I did when I was 30. But in 30 years, I’m 90. That’s a real number. My dad just hit that. And there are some things you’re not doing no matter how many granola bars you eat. We have to focus on the next 20, 25 years of making sure that we’re jamming in everything we can.’ Not just work, because no one at the end of their life goes, ‘God, I wish I worked more,’” he said.
