adidas and Yohji Yamamoto continue to redefine performance wear with the launch of the Y-3 Spring Summer 2025 Adizero Running collection. Merging athletic technology with avant-garde aesthetics, the latest capsule embodies the principles of aeration, reflex and superposition, offering elite performance and bold design.

At the forefront of the collection are two reimagined adidas running silhouettes. The Y-3 ADIOS PRO 4, a high-performance marathon shoe, arrives in dark gray, off-white and blue, each featuring mismatched Three Stripes branding. Meanwhile, the Y-3 ADIOS 9 transforms a race-ready model into a lifestyle statement with dark gray, off-white and green colorways, also showcasing asymmetrical stripe detailing.

Beyond footwear, the collection extends into performance-ready apparel for men and women. Offering a selection of running jackets, tees, tanks, shorts and leggings, the pieces are available in two palettes: Yohji Yamamoto’s signature all-black aesthetic and a bold all-over print that connects to the wider SS25 collection. Engineered for maximum breathability, power mesh inserts enhance ventilation, while reflective Y-3 branding ensures visibility.

To bring the collection to life, record-breaking marathoner Tigst Assefa stars in the campaign, shot in her home country of Ethiopia by Francis Plummer. Blending personal interviews from Addis Ababa with dynamic visuals of Assefa running across the Ethiopian landscape, the campaign captures the essence of a trailblazer preparing for her next feat.

The Y-3 Spring Summer 2025 Adizero Running collection is now available on adidas official site, CONFIRMED, in stores and select retailers.
