Take it with a grain of salt.

Meghan Markle dished on Prince Harry’s unhealthy eating habits while hosting Mindy Kaling on her new Netflix show, “With Love, Meghan.”

While the Duchess of Sussex served her a slice of her homemade veggie frittata, Kaling told her, “So here’s my thing with making egg dishes. You can’t taste it to tell if it’s too salty until after it’s cooked.

“I never know how to season it, so it always comes out too salty or not salty enough and it’s a big surprise.”

The “Office” alum, 45, then went on to ask Markle, 43, how she seasons the breakfast dish “so perfectly.”

“Well, I have a family, a husband who, no matter what meal is being put in front of him, before he tastes it, [he] puts salt on,” Markle shared of Harry, 40, with a smile.

Due to Harry’s sodium tendencies, Markle admitted that she tries to “undersalt” the meals she makes for him.

Kaling giggled, telling the duchess, “I love knowing that your husband likes it salty.”

Markle responded with a wink before the two actresses broke out into belly laughs.

Elsewhere in the episode, Markle was forced to correct Kaling, who repeatedly referred to her by her maiden name throughout the segment.

“It’s so funny, too, that you keep saying Meghan Markle. You know I’m Sussex now,” the Archewell Foundation co-founder explained.

Markle reflected on how “meaningful” it is to share a last name with her and Harry’s two children: Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lillibet, 3.

“You have kids and you go, ‘No, I share my name with my children,’” Markle said. “It just means so much to go, ‘This is our family name, our little family name.’”

Kaling replied, “Now I know. And I love it.”

The As Ever founder’s cooking show premiered on the streaming service Tuesday to mixed reviews.

While several UK critics deemed the series “exhausting” and “pointless,” journalists in the US claimed it was refreshing to see Markle go back to her roots from her days running the now-defunct lifestyle blog, The Tig.

“She gets vulnerable, and her real joy and passion for cooking shine through,” a writer for Town & Country Magazine said, while a Harper’s Bazaar journalist wrote, “One can’t help but notice that Meghan seems so happy — to be a mom, to feel safe at home, and to have creative freedom once again.”

Throughout the show, Markle cooks and bakes, teaches hosting tips and shows her crafting skills with balloon arch-making, flower arranging and other DIY activities.
