In the Asia-Pacific region, specialized health care is more important than ever. With a diverse population that’s rapidly growing and aging, skilled procedures are in high demand. According to a study, roughly 40 percent of the populations of Japan and South Korea are expected to be 65 and older by 2050, underscoring the importance of hospitals that offer precision medical treatments.
Finding specialized medical facilities is no easy task. With thousands of institutions in the APAC region, patients need to know where they can find top-tier care.
That’s why Newsweek, in partnership with global data research firm Statista, is proud to recognize the Best Specialized Hospitals Asia Pacific 2025.
In previous years, this annual ranking spotlighted the leading hospitals in Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand in nine areas of expertise: cardiac surgery, cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, orthopedics, pediatrics and pulmonology.
The rankings will be based on a survey of doctors, health care professionals and administrators in the designated APAC region.
Thank you for your participation; your feedback makes this ranking possible.
This survey will be open through April 4, 2025.
