Sabrina Carpenter had a short and sweet diss for ex-boyfriend Barry Keoghan while performing in Dublin.
“Dublin, it’s so lovely to be here. You all look and sound amazing,” the pop singer said, per the Mirror, during her “Short n’ Sweet” tour stop in the Irish capital Monday.
“But my goodness, these Irish boys are hard work,” she added — seemingly taking a jab at Keoghan, who hails from Summerhill, Dublin.
Page Six reached out to Carpenter’s reps for comment but did not receive an immediate response.
Carpenter reportedly performed her hit song “Please Please Please” after making the remark about “Irish boys.”
The “Saltburn” star famously starred in the music video for the single, which is rumored to be about him.
The “Espresso” hitmaker, 25, and the Oscar-nominated actor, 32, split in December 2024 after dating for one year.
At the time, a source told People that they “decided to take a break” due to their demanding schedules.
“They are both young and career-focused,” the insider said.
But rumors also swirled online alleging Keoghan had cheated on Carpenter with influencer Breckie Hill.
Hill denied the speculation and said that she “did not get with Barry.”
Meanwhile, the “Banshees of Inisherin” actor deactivated his Instagram account that same week after allegedly facing cyberbullying.
Keoghan then took to X to fire back at the trolls, saying that he could “only sit and take so much.”
“My name has been dragged across the internet in ways that I don’t usually respond to,” he penned in a lengthy statement. “I have to respond now because it’s gettin [sic] to a place where there are too many lines being crossed.”
The “Eternals” star also stated that the online chatter had become a distraction from his family and his work.
Just two months before throwing in the towel, the Grammy-winning songstress gushed over Keoghan during an interview with “CBS Sunday Morning.”
“I, genuinely — like, a not-even-biased opinion — I was like, ‘Who’s the greatest actor that I can find for this music video?’” she said while discussing her decision to cast him in the “Please Please Please” music video.
“And he was next to me in a chair. And he was so excited about it!”
