From red carpets to drop-offs.
Following a busy awards season, “Emilia Pérez” star Zoe Saldaña is excited to take a break from work and spend some much-needed time with her kids.
The actress, 46, was asked what she would “love” to do “next” while speaking with E! on the red carpet at the 2025 Oscars in Los Angeles on Sunday.
“I would like to take my kids to school every day and pick them up,” she said. “I would want them to finish this school year with their mama by their side, because they are so resilient and they have been backing me up along with my husband this entire campaign.”
The “Center Stage” star added that she misses her kids like she misses “air” and “water,” so she wants to focus on mom duties for awhile now that the 2025 awards season has finally wrapped.
“I can’t wait to take them to school,” she gushed.
Saldaña shares three sons –– identical twins Cy and Bowie, 10, and 7-year-old son Zen –– with her husband of 11 years, Marco Perego-Saldaña.
She chatted about her family while walking the star-studded carpet for the 97th Academy Awards, which were held at the Dolby Theatre.
The “Avatar” actress channeled Hollywood glam in a custom Saint Laurent gown featuring a bedazzled mesh top and a billowing burgundy skirt.
She accessorized with black sheer gloves, a statement choker necklace and diamond stud earrings.
Saldaña walked the carpet with her husband, Perego-Saldaña, who looked classic in a black tuxedo and black bowtie.
Saldaña is nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Rita Mora Castro in “Emilia Pérez” –– which is also nominated for Best Picture.
Saldaña is favored to win the major award, as she took home the SAG Award, Golden Globe, BAFTA and Critics’ Choice Award for her acting in the Jacques Audiard-directed film.
