The NFL Combine continues on Friday, with the spotlight shifting to defensive backs and tight ends as they take the field for workouts. This annual event in Indianapolis gives NFL prospects a chance to showcase their skills in front of scouts, coaches, and general managers ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft.

While it’s unclear which players will participate in which drills yet, here are some of the top names in the current NFL Draft rankings.
Cornerback: Will Johnson, Benjamin Morrison, Shavon Revel Jr., Maxwell Hairston, Jahdae Barron, Trey Amos, Darien Porter, Quincy Riley, Dorian Strong, and Tommi Hill.
Safety: Malaki Starks, Nick Emmanwori, Xavier Watts, Billy Bowman Jr., Kevin Winston Jr., Sebastian Castro, Jaylen Reed, Lathan Ransom, Andrew Mukuba and Jonas Sanker.
Tight end: Tyler Warren, Colston Loveland, Mason Taylor, Gunnar Helm, Terrance Ferguson, Mitchell Evans, Elijah Arroyo, Harold Fannin Jr., Luke Lachey and Jackson Hawes.
The various drills that players will participate in during the NFL Combine are the 40-yard dash, 20-yard shuttle, 60-yard shuttle, 3-cone drill, vertical jump, broad jump, bench press, and position-specific drills, including passing drills for the quarterbacks.
