PSA: Taylor Swift’s Favorite Red Lipstick Is Now a Nail Polish

If Taylor Swift is known for any beauty trend, it has to be her signature red lipstick. It’s rumored that the hue she’s known to sport comes from none other than Pat McGrath’s MatteTrance Lipstick line, and while we can’t confirm the exact shade the WAG wears to her various appearances (whether it be a Kansas City Chiefs game, the red carpet, or out on the town), the shade Elson is pretty close. This bluey-red T.Swift lippy has been on the market for a while, but Pat McGrath had one more trick up her sleeve, and just launched the same-exact hue in her new nail-polish collaboration with Candy Crush.

The red nail polish is just as bright and bold as the lipstick itself and features a flexible lacquer brush with a limited-edition Candy Crush striped bottle. The finish of the polish is glossy and catches the light, but still maintains the iconic, solid-red hue that the lipstick is renowned for. Better yet, Pat McGrath is also offering a divine duo set that features Elson in both lipstick and nail-polish form, including a special limited-edition lipstick bullet with red-and-white candy stripes. We don’t know about you, but it might just be time to put that red-nail theory to the test.
