The CEO of a Big Apple fitness center who has appeared on the “Today” show was caught on camera ripping into his famous neighbor in a profanity-laced tirade over an unleashed dog at their luxurious Manhattan apartment.

Matt Sauerhoff, the founder of The LIV Method, berated author and celebrity chef Eddie Huang, who was the inspiration behind the sitcom “Fresh Off the Boat,” in the lobby of The Copper Building in Midtown Saturday.

Sauerhoff dropped a series of f-bombs and the workout buff told Huang to “suck a d–k,” according to a video of the meltdown.

Huang, whose memoir led to the creation of the popular television show from several years ago, told The Post Wednesday he was watching a UFC fight on a building patio with his Doberman around 8 p.m. when the two fell off a bench after Sauerhoff’s dog startled the pair.

Huang, 42, called on the 38-year-old to put his dog on a leash, but Sauerhoff refused.

As the two continued to argue about the dog, Sauerhoff insisted the host of “Huang’s World” documentary series and his big dog fell over on their own, according to Huang.

“I was like, I feel like I need to record this in case something happens because his dog kept running toward my dog. I have a working security dog who will defend me and defend itself. I was like ‘sir, it’s for everybody’s good, please leash your dog,’” Huang said.

“He wouldn’t do it and the rest of it is on camera.”

Some of the footage from Huang showed the two bickering outside as the situation quickly escalates, with Sauerhoff at one point screaming out his full name and his apartment number. Public records show the address matching up with his name.

Inside the lobby, Sauerhoff accused Huang, who is new to the building, of not living there and demanded a doorman kick him out, according to the video.

“Who the f–k is this mother–cker,” he exclaimed while pointing at Huang.

“Get off the private property,” Sauerhoff said. “Get the f—k out of here,” he added as Huang continued to say he lived in the building.

Sauerhoff then turned to the doorman and said Huang “had a f–king problem,” before the two started quarreling over the unleashed dog again.

“Dude, f–k you, East 41A, that’s my f–king name,” Sauerhoff then angrily shouted before walking off and telling Huang to “suck a d–k.”

Huang said he only shared his story online, including on his Substack page, after he had a bizarre run-in the following day with the personal trainer’s mother-in-law who told him, “We come in peace.”

As the two started talking about the ugly showdown from the day before, Huang claimed the woman asserted her husband was a state judge, which he took as a veiled threat.

Sauerhoff declined to comment when a reception desk worker at The Copper Building called him on behalf of a Post reporter

Messages for Sauerhoff through his fitness center were not returned Wednesday night and he could not be reached through listed numbers for him.

He also wasn’t at either of his gyms Wednesday evening, though other trainers there appeared to know about the stunning footage.

One employee defended his boss, claiming he runs the best gym in the Big Apple and is a “great guy.”

“We have the best community here. The best gym in NYC,” the trainer said.

“I worked in many gyms. I worked in Lifetime (Fitness) and Equinox. Boutique studios. Top gyms in the city. And I don’t even feel like I’m working here. It’s just fun. No one is after us. We just do our jobs.”

“Matt is a great guy. People love being here,” the staffer added.

Sauerhoff started LIV Fitness in 2015 after he spent years as a sales manager and personal trainer, according to his LinkedIn page.

His profile shot up after appearing on the 3rd hour of the Today Show on NBC at least twice, including in August 2022 when he showed viewers at-home workouts that can be done with a partner.

Huang said he hopes the aggravation between neighbors is now behind them.

“After the reaction to the (Substack) post and everything I’m like, look enough has been said and done, unless he’s very, very stupid, he’s probably learned a lesson,” Huang said, though he added, “I’d love it if he left the building so I don’t have to run into him.”
