LEGO and Universal Products and Experiences have unveiled their latest Jurassic World release, the LEGO Jurassic World Dinosaur Fossils: Tyrannosaurus Rex set. At over one meter (more than three feet) in length, this 3,145-piece build is the largest LEGO Jurassic World set ever made.

The set meticulously recreates a T. Rex fossil skeleton, featuring articulated joints for dynamic poses, a movable head, an opening jaw and a posable tail and arms. Adding to its display appeal, the model comes with a dedicated stand and an information plaque, plus hidden franchise Easter eggs — including an amber-colored LEGO piece as a nod to the Jurassic Park legacy.

For fans of the 1993 classic film, the set includes LEGO Minifigures of Dr. Ellie Sattler and Dr. Alan Grant, bringing the cinematic nostalgia full circle. A coffee-table-style instruction book enhances the building journey with behind-the-scenes design insights, Jurassic Park highlights, and T. Rex facts. Additionally, builders can use the LEGO Builder app to interactively zoom, rotate models in 3D and track progress.

The LEGO Jurassic World Dinosaur Fossils: Tyrannosaurus Rex set will be available via LEGO Insiders Early Access on March 12, before its general release on March 15 and is priced at $250 USD.
