Devoted Liverpool fan Kim Cattrall, Skepta, Nicholas Hoult, Lauryn Hill, and a knight in shining armor— those were some of the celebrity faces sat front row at Daniel Lee‘s Burberry Fall/Winter 2025 runway show. Rounding out a week that’s been dominated by young and independent designers, Lee tapped into the British heritage house’s full roster of celebrities.

Viewers might have also recognized some silver-screen faces on the runway, such as Jason Isaacs of ‘Harry Potter’ (and more recently, ‘The White Lotus’) or Richard E. Grant of ‘Saltburn’ and cult-classic British black comedy ‘Withnail and I.’

The show took place at The Tate Modern and was filled with drapes depicting the quintessential British countryside. The imposing curtains paired with towering columns evoked stately escapes not too dissimilar from the sets of some of the celebrity runway’s famous movies.

Over the past few seasons under Lee’s helm, Burberry has wavered between modernizing its design and embracing its long-standing traditional heritage. The FW25 runway found a comfortable in-between.

From Fuschia velour bombers to contrast fur-lined leather jackets to a printed fringe trench strutted by Naomi Campbell, outerwear remained the collection’s strongest staple. The classic Burberry check subtly peaked out from under relaxed looks, including at the waistline of a brown knit co-ord set and as a silk scarf tucked into a herringbone overcoat with a checked umbrella to match.

See Burberry’s Fall/Winter 2025 full collection in the gallery above. As the city’s week wraps, you can check out all of Hypebeast’s London Fashion Week coverage.
