“Ugly Betty” alum Eric Mabius was arrested in Florida Thursday morning for battery and resisting an officer without violence.
The actor was taken into custody by officers from the Nassau County Sheriff’s Department at 2:13 a.m. ET after allegedly being involved in a bar fight with a woman, per the arrest report obtained by The Post.

The actor appeared to have sustained injuries in the alleged bar brawl as his mugshot showed him with a bruise and at the corner of his right eye.
According to the arrest report, Mabius was at the bar with a female friend who was asked “several times” by the bartender and other patrons to leave because she was “continuously being disrespectful.”

The alleged victim told officers that while she was on the floor “Eric got on top of her and was pulling her hair ripping a handful of her hair from her scalp.”
“Multiple people at the bar” then pulled Mabius and his friend off the alleged victim.
An eyewitness, who claims to have also been spit on by the woman, told officers on the scene, “Eric, slung both girls to the ground and so he grabbed Eric off of the girls and the cops where [sic] arriving on scene.”
According to the report, “The witness advised he did not wish to press charges for getting spit on.”
Officers claimed Mabius and the woman were “extremely intoxicated” and “kept trying to yell at everyone in the bar” when they arrived.
Mabius allegedly “became more belligerent” outside the bar and was “not following simple commands to just sit on the bench.”
At one point, the actor “tried to stand up and walk behind” the arresting officer as he investigated the incident.
Per the report, “several deputies had to escort him back to the bench and placed him under arrest for resisting without violence.”
The woman with Mabius was also placed under arrest for resisting after she allegedly “laid on the ground and refused to listen and or speak” to officers, forcing them to pick her up and carry her outside.
The alleged victim told officers that she did want to press charges against both Mabius and his female companion.
