“Christina brings an immense level of passion and care into the representation of artists,” said Adam Segal, Founder & Owner, Strig Artist Management. “She is a perfect fit for the culture of the company and I have always admired her taste, professionalism, and kindness.”
In Bates’ new role as Coordinator, she will be responsible for scouting and identifying talent to sign at the company.
Bates began working at Strig Artist Management as an assistant in May 2024. Upon moving to Los Angeles, Bates started her career as a producing fellow at The Music Center. This sparked her interest in live events, and after working in music touring at ICM Partners, she landed at Mainstay Entertainment where she spearheaded logistics for several comedy acts, including Trevor Noah’s Off the Record tour.
