Oprah Winfrey is showing off her slimdown.
The media mogul put her weight loss on display in workout gear while hitting the gym in Santa Barbara on Wednesday.
The former talk show host paired a long-sleeve black top with striped sweats and white sneakers, in photographs obtained by Page Six.
Winfrey carried a blue hoodie while getting into her car post-exercise.
The 71-year-old’s hair was down, pulled back from her face with a black headband.
The outing comes one month after the actress made headlines for making a bold claim about “thin people” on “The Oprah Podcast.”
During the January episode, Winfrey said, “All these years I thought that thin people — those people — just had more willpower.
“And then I realized the very first time I took the GLP-1 that, oh, they’re not even thinking about it,” she continued. “They’re only eating when they’re hungry and they’re stopping when they’re full.”
Winfrey confirmed in December 2023 — after months of speculation — that she was seven pounds away from her goal weight of 160, thanks to a weight-loss drug.
The Oscar winner, who did not specify the drug, called it “maintenance control” after years of yo-yo dieting.
“[It] feels like relief, like redemption, like a gift, and not something to hide behind and once again be ridiculed for,” she gushed to People at the time. “I’m absolutely done with the shaming from other people and particularly myself.”
In May of the following year, Winfrey apologized to her fans for contributing to “diet culture” over the years during a WeightWatchers special.
“I cannot tell you how many weight-loss shows and makeovers I have done, and they have been a staple since I’ve been working in television,” she said.
Prior to her reveal, Winfrey referred to weight-loss drugs as the “easy way out.”
The Golden Globe winner is far from the only A-lister to admit to turning to type 2 diabetes drugs for help, with Kelly Clarkson, Sharon Osbourne and more using it to slim down.
