BLACKPINK‘s LISA is the next in the group to strike out on her own. After appearing in the third season of White Lotus, LISA is gearing up to drop her debut solo album titled ALTER-EGO. The artist signalled a move for her solo debut earlier this month when she dropped a dynamic new single “Born Again,” featuring Doja Cat and RAYE.

Ahead of the release of ALTER-EGO, LISA announced that she will be launching Lalisa Comics in partnership with Zero Zero Entertainment. The company is debuting the project, titled ALTER-EGO: THE OFFICIAL COMIC, inspired by and serving as a companion to her highly-anticipated solo debut album which is set to release later this month. The comic is a limited-edition, 56-page project that takes inspiration from the present themes in LISA’s upcoming album. Brought to life by the acclaimed Japanese artist MINOMIYABI, each page is packed with dynamic storytelling and breathtaking artwork that embodies transformation, courage and unity. Zero Zero Entertainment and CEO Josh Frankel have partnered with top talent across entertainment, including music, sports, and pop culture. They are known for their unique approach to storytelling, which expands the narratives of artists and their personalities. In the past, they’ve collaborated with iconic musicians such as Metro Boomin, Boy with Uke, The Grateful Dead, Elvis, Gorillaz, and Machine Gun Kelly on innovative comic book activations.

LISA’s comic book is available for pre-order online. The album ALTER-EGO drops on February 28 and LISA is set to maker her solo Coachella debut in April.
