Mercedes-Benz and JDS Development Group have launched sales for Tower 2 of Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami, the luxury car brand’s first U.S. real estate project. The announcement coincided with the official opening of a new Sales Gallery, offering an exclusive look at the development’s design and features, including the Silver Arrow Lounge — a resident-only rooftop space inspired by the brand’s historic racing legacy.
Tower 2 continues the project’s commitment to timeless design and innovation, incorporating Mercedes-Benz’s signature aesthetics into its architecture. The 67-story skyscraper will feature stacked, offset volumes, crafted in partnership with SHoP Architects and Woods Bagot to reflect the brand’s philosophy of Sensual Purity. Residences will boast floor-to-ceiling windows, custom kitchens and spa-inspired bathrooms.
Located in Southside Park, the development will integrate landscape design by Field Operations, offering residents access to winding pathways, green spaces and recreational courts. The 2.5-million-square-foot complex will include 800 residences, a 174-room hotel, premium office spaces and 130,000 square feet of amenities.
Expected to reshape Miami’s skyline by 2027, Mercedes-Benz Places aims to deliver an urban living experience fusing automotive craftsmanship with modern architecture. Sales for Tower 2 are now being handled by SERHANT.
