The lawsuit accusing Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs of allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl was quietly dismissed by her attorney Friday.

Tony Buzbee, the lawyer for Jane Doe, filed a “voluntary notice of dismissal” in Manhattan federal court, ending the suit over the alleged assault from over 20 years ago.

The filing doesn’t indicate whether a settlement was reached in the case. But Diddy’s lawyers said there is none.

“Today’s complete dismissal without a settlement by the 1-800 attorney is yet another confirmation that these lawsuits are built on falsehoods, not facts,” the team said.

“For months, we have seen case after case filed by individuals hiding behind anonymity, pushed forward by an attorney more focused on media headlines than legal merit. Just like this claim, the others will fall apart because there is no truth to them.”

Still, Jay-Z and his legal team celebrated the end of the suit, filed in December, as a win — ripping Buzbee as a “1-800 lawyer.”

“Today is a victory. The frivolous, fictitious and appalling allegations have been dismissed,” Hova wrote in a statement. “The fictional tale they created was laughable, if not for the seriousness of the claims.”

“The trauma that my wife, my children, my loved ones and I have endured can never be dismissed.”

The “Hard Knock Life” rapper added, “The 1-800 lawyer gets to file a suit hiding behind Jane Doe, and when they quickly realize that the money grab is going to fail, they get to walk away with no repercussions. The system has failed.”

The suit levied disturbing allegations against Jay-Z and Combs — accusing the legendary rappers of raping the teen at a drug-fueled VMAs afterparty in September 2000.

The complaint was originally filed in October against Diddy alone but was amended to include Shawn Carter, aka Jay-Z.

Carter has claimed his innocence throughout and called the suit outright “blackmail” when he was first named last December.

Alex Spiro, Jay-Z’s attorney in the case, who also represents Mayor Adams, issued a statement.

“By standing up in the face of heinous and false allegations, Jay has done what few can — he pushed back, he never settled, he never paid 1 red penny, he triumphed and cleared his name,” Spiro said.
