Edwin Arroyave is in Teddi Mellencamp’s corner.
As the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum underwent emergency brain surgery Wednesday, her estranged husband gave Instagram updates.
“Thank you for all the prayers and love for @teddimellencamp,” Arroyave, 47, captioned a video shot in Mellencamp’s hospital room.
He filmed himself telling daughter Dove, 4, that the armchair was his “bed” and “where [he’ll] sleep” before panning to show son Cruz, 10, was also in the room.
Mellencamp, who also shares daughter Slate, 12, with Arroyave, could be seen in bed in the background.
The former Bravolebrity, 43, was similarly lying down in her hospital gown in the photo Arroyave posted to his Instagram feed, along with a Bible verse and a prayer.
“Lord, I lift up @teddimellencamp to You,” he captioned the shot of his estranged wife placing a hand on his head as he knelt over her. “You are the Great Healer, and I ask for Your healing touch upon her body.
“Restore her strength, renew her spirit, and let her feel Your comforting presence,” Arroyave continued. “Grant her peace, hope, and full recovery. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
Mellencamp gave a glimpse of Arroyave — as well as BFF Kyle Richards and Morgan Wade — in her own Instagram Story before going under the knife.
Hours earlier, the accountability coach revealed in a lengthy social media statement that she had been suffering from “severe and debilitating headaches” for weeks that led doctors to find “multiple tumors” on her brain.
She said the same to kick off Thursday’s episode of her and Tamra Judge’s “Two T’s in a Pod” podcast.
“They found that I have two brain tumors that need to be removed,” Mellencamp explained to listeners, noting that Arroyave and her friends were by her side. “And then I have three more smaller tumors that will most likely need to be removed with radiation.”
Judge, 57, continued the podcast without her co-host after sharing a tearful plea for prayers.
Mellencamp was diagnosed with melanoma in 2022, revealing two years into her cancer battle that she was undergoing her 16th operation.
“The surgery is the easy part compared to the ups and downs of not being able to control what’s going on inside my own body,” she wrote in a July 2024 Instagram post.
At the time, she and Arroyave were still going strong — but the couple filed for divorce four months later amid rumors Mellencamp cheated with horse trainer Simon Schroeder.
Mellencamp has since sidestepped infidelity speculation, saying in a November 2024 podcast episode that she won’t “confirm or deny anything” publicly.
The former reality star did, however, later admit, “I have cried and mourned. I have taken accountability and apologized for things I have done wrong.”
She and Arroyave wed in July 2011, with Mellencamp honoring the 16th anniversary of the day they met in a surprising Instagram upload last year.
