Millie Bobby Brown is down to shave her head again.
In a video interview with Vanity Fair, the British actress, 20, spoke about getting a dramatic buzzcut for her breakout role as Eleven in “Stanger Things,” which first premiered in 2016 when she was just 11 years old.
Brown was creating a clay sculpture of herself in the clip when the interviewer asked if she wanted to give it any hair.
“Oh. Oh yeah, hair. I usually don’t think about hair,” she responded, acting somewhat confused. “When I shaved it, now I’m like, hair is literally, like, not a part of my aura,”she admitted.
The young actress, who graces the cover of Vanity Fair’s March issue in a slew of high-fashion femme fatale outfits, reveals that she hopes to have a shaved head again in the next 20 years.
Brown then reflected on the moment she did the hair transformation for Season 1 of the Netflix show, explaining that shaving her head for her character was “the most important thing in my whole life because it empowered me so much.”
She continued, “So, yeah, I loved shaving my hair off. It was an amazing experience, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.”
However, she decided to wear a wig for the forthcoming Season 5, which will be the series’ finale.
Bobby Brown is no doubt a hair chameleon, as the actress has sported quite a few fresh cuts over her time in the limelight.
Earlier this month, she surprised fans when debuting platinum blond locks, posing on Instagram in a curve-hugging black dress.
She also previously ditched her dark brown hair for the light shade at the premiere of “Enola Holmes 2” in Oct. 2022.
In her Vanity Fair interview, the star chatted about her iconic character and her look.
“Eleven’s identity was a huge thing that we were kind of fighting with. Is she going to dress as a girl? Or is she gonna dress in the shirts of her adoptive father, Hopper? Or is she gonna be what her friends are helping her to be?,” she said.
“At that time in my life, I didn’t know what I wanted to look like, if I preferred more feminine looks, more masculine looks, more androgynous, more grunge,” Brown added. “So I implemented that confusion.”
