Former Mayor Bill de Blasio has a new girlfriend â progressive pundit and activist Nomiki Konst â just in time for Valentineâs Day.
De Blasio, 63, told The Post heâs newly romantically involved with the 41-year-old former Obama election campaign co-chair.
âNomi and I have started a really lovely relationship, just in time for Valentineâs Day. Weâve known each other for a long time and are very kindred souls,â he texted The Post â adding a red heart emoji.
Konst is known for her work on the progressive news commentary show âThe Young Turksâ and was a national co-chair on Barack Obama’s presidential re-election campaign in 2012.
She also announced an intention to run for Arizona’s 2nd congressional district that year, but withdrew before the primaries.
In 2016, Konst was a national surrogate for Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign in 2016 and also served on the Democratic National Convention’s platform committee.
De Blasio separated from his wife, Chirlane McCray, in 2023 but the former couple has not divorced.
