Jennifer Lopez and Loren Ridinger were there for each other during their respective heartbreaks.

Ridinger tells Page Six that Lopez was her rock after the sudden death of her husband, Miami socialite JR Ridinger, in August 2022 — and that she repaid the favor when the singer divorced Ben Affleck two years later.

“She has been such an incredible friend for me through this — and a longtime friend,” Loren, 56, tells us. “One of my longest friends.”

However, Loren says Lopez “was going through her own grieving” at the same time — which played out in the socialite’s new book, “Scrambled or Sunny-Side Up?”

“At the beginning of the book, we are going to [her] wedding and at the end of the book we are dealing with her grief,” she says.

“I think together we were able to lift each other up which was remarkable,” Loren continues. “She is so strong. She is amazing.”

JR died from a pulmonary embolism while vacationing in Croatia just weeks after they attended Lopez, 55, and Affleck’s Georgia wedding.

The “Gigli” co-stars attended the star-studded memorial for the mogul a few months after his death. However, Lopez filed to end their two-year marriage in August 2024 — months after sources told us the “Argo” actor came “to his senses” about their ill-fated romance.

Loren notes that grief comes in many forms and “you don’t have to lose somebody to go through” it.

“You can lose a marriage, you can lose somebody that you love, you can lose a longtime friend [after] an argument,” she explains.

The entrepreneur says “worried” Lopez FaceTimed her “20 times a day” following the death of her late husband.

Even as time went on Loren says she “would always get a message” from the “Marry Me” actor when she needed it the most.

“Even in tough times, she would say, ‘Today is going to be great for us. We’ve got the whole future ahead of us,’” Loren reflects.

“And I think in times where you can’t really change your circumstances, you really need to hear that,” she continues. “I think it’s so important to have friends in your life who lift you up — and that’s where the rubber meets the road where you know who your tribe is, who your group is, who is looking out for you.”

The CEO, who founded Market America with her late husband, says Lopez “has always found a way to bring out the sunshine” and “always found a way to lighten the load.”

“[She helped me] see the rainbow through the clouds and I really look up to her for that,” she gushes. “It’s amazing.”

Loren says she is “really looking forward” to sharing all the “lessons” she learned from her heartbreak with the world in her new book, which came out Tuesday.
