Jenna Bush Hager put Amy Poehler in the hot seat by airing Poehler’s 2005 sketch where she and Tina Fey impersonated Bush Hager and her twin sister, Barbara, on Saturday Night Live.

“One thing that I remembered about your illustrious career is that you actually played me once,” Bush Hager told Poehler (who is this morning’s Today With Jenna & Friends guest host) before airing a clip from the sketch, titled “The Bush Twins’ Secret Language.”

The bit shows the Bush family retiring to bed after former President Bush’s inauguration day, with Fey starring as Bush Hager’s twin sister, Barbara, and Will Forte starring as their father.

On Today, a live camera showed Bush Hager and Poehler laughing at the sketch as they watched it back on the show.

“Daddy, I always knew you were gonna be a two-term president,” Poehler says as Bush Hager. “Woo!”

“Oh my god, Barbara, I’m so wasted,” Poehler later announces in the sketch. “Do you think he could tell?” She also says she had the “spins” after mixing tequila with Captain Morgan.

The co-hosts shared a laugh after the clip aired. “We had fun in that sketch, we didn’t come too hard,” Poehler commented, after admitting she was “totally sweating” while watching the clip back with Bush Hager. “But it’s not always easy to sit next to the person that you impersonated.”

Bush Hager noted that the sketch may have been poking fun at her time in college, when she had been arrested twice for underaged drinking, but the sketch premiered well after she graduated.

“I will say by that point in my life I was a teacher in Washington, D.C.,” Bush Hager revealed with a laugh, much to Poehler’s shock. “Y’all may be thinking, ‘Oh she’s making fun of college Jenna,’ but by then I had actually graduated, I walked across the stage, and I was a teacher of third graders in Washington, D.C., but you still got a lot right.”

The Today host later admitted that she wished Poehler had reached out for some advice on the role.

“I could have been there, I wish you would have called me for research!” she told Poehler after the SNL star revealed she once partied withChristina Aguilera after the show. “I would have shown you what I did in those days.”

Poehler kicked off a week-long celebration leading up Saturday Night Live‘s 50th anniversary celebration. Ana Gasteyer, Cheri Oteri, Mikey Day and Chloe Fineman will also guest host the show this week with Bush Hager.

Today with Jenna & Friends airs on weekdays at 10/9c on NBC.
