After a grueling 10 days on Fox’s Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, only two recruits came out on top.

The hit reality competition series puts willing celebrities through extremely demanding training exercises, led by four former Special Forces operatives. The only way they can exit the show is to voluntarily withdraw themselves, get medically withdrawn, or get kicked out by the directing staff for poor and unsavable performance.

However, there is a softer side to the show that finds the recruits opening up to the directing staff. More often than not, the celebs have gone through some sort of trauma or life-changing event that serves as the basis for why they decided to do the show. Denise Richards wanted to learn how to react in fearful situations after she and her husband were shot at in a road rage incident, while pro surfer Alana Blanchard wanted to learn how to stay calm after she witnessed her best friend get attacked by a shark as a kid.

So, who won Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 3? Keep reading for everything you might’ve missed.

Who won Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 3?

The final stage of selection was certainly the hardest for the five remaining recruits. Alana Blanchard bowed out after she was forced to listen to crying babies and other distressing sounds while blindfolded for an extended period of time. Cam Newton failed the interrogation portion when he gave up his true identity without feeling as though it was a life-or-death situation. And Golden Tate failed when he refused to give up his identity at all — even when it meant his fellow recruit’s life was on the line.

The only two recruits who emerged victorious from the final stage were Brody Jenner and Kayla Nicole, who became Season 3’s winners as they not only completed the course, but also passed selection. Kudos to them!

Who was in the Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 3 cast?

Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 3 began with 16 celebrity recruits: Billy Baldwin, Ali Fedotowsky Manno, Denise Richards, Trista Sutter, Jordyn Wieber, Marion Jones-Thompson, Nathan Adrian, Landon Donovan, Carey Hart, Kyla Pratt, Christy Carlson Romano, Alana Blanchard, Cam Newton, Golden Tate, Brody Jenner, and Kayla Nicole.
