Kaia Gerber has a history of dating men in Hollywood.
While the daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber had her first known relationship with fellow model Wellington Grant, she has since cozied up to big-time actors including Jacob Elordi and Austin Butler.

Wellington Grant
Kaia sparked dating speculation with Wellington Grant after they were spotted out and about together on several occasions in 2019.
The duo, who never officially confirmed their relationship status, was seen holding hands while going on a romantic walk in New York City in February that year, Us Weekly reported. They also reportedly spent Valentine’s Day together.
However; things seemingly fizzled as they were last photographed together that April while having dinner with Kaia’s mom and dad at Nobu Malibu, Just Jared reported.
Pete Davidson
Kaia quickly moved on from Grant with Pete Davidson.
She and the “Saturday Night Live” star spurred dating speculation in October 2019 after they were seen enjoying some cozy dates in New York and Los Angeles.
A month later, Kaia, who was 18 at the time, surprised Davidson with a Magnolia Bakery cake for his 26th birthday at the “SNL” studio, E! News reported.
The now-exes appeared to be going strong — attending a wedding together and showing plenty of PDA — until Davidson’s personal struggles got in the way.
The comedian hinted at his relationship with Kaia in an episode of the NBC sketch comedy show in December 2019, only to share with viewers that he was heading to rehab.
A source confirmed to Page Six in January 2020 that they had called things off.
“It looks like Pete and Kaia are over,” the source said. “It got very overwhelming for Kaia. Pete has a certain M.O. and he’s very intense to his girlfriends. Kaia is only 18 and it’s a lot to deal with.”
Jacob Elordi
Nearly eight months after ending things with Davidson, Kaia started dating Jacob Elordi.
She and the “Euphoria” actor were spotted on a date in New York City in September 2020. A day later, they stepped out for a PDA-filled walk in Manhattan, further fueling romance gossip.
Things seemed even more serious when they were seen on a vacation in Mexico with Kaia’s parents later that month.
They continued to flaunt their relationship on social media and eventually made their red carpet debut at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures Opening Gala Sept. 25, 2021.
A month later, Page Six broke the news that Kaia and Elordi broke up, with a source telling us at the time that they remained “amicable.” However; that didn’t stop Kaia from deleting all photos of Elordi from her Instagram.
Austin Butler
Kaia’s first long-term relationship unfolded with Austin Butler.
She and the “Elvis” actor struck up a romance just one month after her breakup from Elordi.
The former lovebirds kept their relationship private, though they continued to step out together in public. It wasn’t until May 2022 that they made their red carpet debut on the Met Gala red carpet.
“Honestly, I feel like so few things in my life are private, and that is one of the things that I try to keep as sacred as possible,” Kaia told WSJ magazine February 2024.
Breakup rumors began swirling in October 2024 when supporters pointed out that they had not stepped out together in public since Butler’s birthday that August.
In January 2025, a source confirmed to TMZ that Butler and Gerber were no longer dating after three years together.
The insider noted that the split was mutual and there was no bad blood between the exes.
Lewis Pullman
Before the dust even settled from the news of Kaia’s breakup from Butler, the model sparked dating rumors with Lewis Pullman at the end of January 2025.
She and the son of actor Bill Pullman were seen looking loved-up at his 32nd birthday at Salazar in Los Angeles on Jan. 29. Kaia was photographed with her arm wrapped around Lewis and a source later told People that they have been getting to know each other for the last few weeks.
The source added that Kaia and the “Lessons in Chemistry” are a “cute couple” and are “very low-key.”
