FAT International, the indie cycling brand BBUC and cycling giant Specialized have joined forces to debut a special edition Tarmac SL8 in the vibrant “Racing Dream” colorway. Designed to celebrate the thrill of racing on both two and four wheels, the collaboration highlights performance with a playful twist.
Specialized, renowned for dominating pro tours like the Tour de France and UCI Worlds, brings its fastest bike to date to this exclusive release. Limited to just 25 units, the Tarmac SL8 boasts cutting-edge racing tech and comes equipped with premium Roval and SRAM AXS components. The collaboration aims to promote positivity and fun across all forms of racing, whether you’re a cyclist or a car enthusiast.
The bikes will make their official debut at the FAT Ice Race on February 1, alongside a showcase of Porsche’s 911 Dakar. While the 911 Dakar remains a showpiece, attendees can explore the Tarmac SL8 in person and place pre-orders starting the same day. Prices for this unique bike begin at €8,000 EUR ($8,376 USD), with customization options available.
