Season after season Lemaire stays true to its hushed luxury ethos, focusing on the quietly lavish textiles and draped silhouettes that inform the effortless contemporary aesthetic. The latest Fall/Winter 2025 season sees Christophe Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran brought Parisian elegance to a whole new level, returning to their headquarters in Paris to the show the season’s newest designs.
Presenting a sophisticated and functional FW25 collection, this season saw a blend of materials as well as synonymous stylings that saw leather on leather and even mixes and matches of silk and canvas. The co-ed collection once again comments on the multi-purpose aspect of a piece of clothing, fitting into the relaxed everyday dress that can be effortlessly worn from a day-to-day basis. No-fuss and minimalistic, Lemaire’s precise tailoring flows and forms with dramatic and shapely coats paired with billowing skirts and slouchy trousers. For the ever-evolving wardrobe, this season combines blended knits with sewn-in balaclavas in soft earth tones, enriched by scarlet, indigo, cobalt blues and iron. For the person who’s always on the move, the garments take the shape of the bodies in motion.
While most of the collection saw a neutral tones that were highlighted in leather bombers, oversized blazers and trench coat iterations in black, brown and beige, pops of all-red ensembles hit the runway adding a punch to the collection. New accessories like a cocoa-bean shaped bag makes its way to the collection, a nod to the tea the team serves before every show and the memory of a distant time in Mexico that Tran once shared with Hypebeast. Slim leather belts tie the collection together, further adding more hints of luxury. Take a look above at the FW25 collection.
