Hurts did stay in the game, but he looked to be in clear pain. A slow-motion video of the tackle showed the quarterback wincing in pain. Now, he could be in danger of missing the rest of the game.
Kenny Pickett throwing with Tanner McKee right now (has to be Pickett, not McKee, who is the emergency QB) but the #Eagles have some time before the next offensive series.

NFL insider Mike Garafolo reported that Hurts was in the blue medical tent and backup quarterback Kenny Pickett is warming up with Tanner McKee.
During the telecast, it was also revealed that Hurts was favoring his left knee following the tackle. It was also revealed that he remains in the blue medical tent being checked out by trainers.
Losing Hurts right now would be detrimental to the momentum the Eagles have had in the game thus far. At the time of this writing, the score is tied 13-13, with both the Rams and Eagles’ defenses showing up plenty.
