Harrison Burton is preparing to make a return to the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2025, as he joins forces with AM Racing and an exciting new sponsorship from Dead On Tools.
Burton, who previously competed full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, will drive AM Racing’s Ford Mustang Dark Horse.
Harrison Burton’s career has seen him achieve success in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, where he secured four victories and consistently placed among the top eight drivers in 2020 and 2021.
After a stint in the NASCAR Cup Series and a recent win at the 2024 Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona, Burton is returning to his Xfinity roots.
AM Racing, under the leadership of President Wade Moore, has been undergoing a transformation following a challenging 2024 season.
Dead On Tools enters this partnership with an eye on expanding its reach within the NASCAR community.
Brian Ranallo, Director of Sales & Marketing for Dead On Tools, shared the company’s enthusiasm for this venture, stating in a press release from the team:
“Here at Dead On Tools, we are always looking to push the boundaries of innovation and excitement.
“Harrison not only matches that energy, but he excels on and off the track. We couldn’t be more excited to partner with Harrison and AM Racing for the 2025 season and looking forward to many trips to Victory Lane!”
The sponsorship will span 10 races throughout the 2025 season, with the debut taking place at the prestigious season opener at Daytona International Speedway.
Other key races in the schedule include stops at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Martinsville Speedway, Texas Motor Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway, the Chicago Street Course, Gateway, and two additional races at both Las Vegas and Martinsville in the fall before concluding the season at Phoenix.
This collaboration also marks a push for AM Racing to rebound from the setbacks of the previous season.
Harrison Burton also noted his optimism for the new partnership, explaining:
“I am stoked about this partnership with Dead On Tools this season.
“Everyone has worked extremely hard this offseason to prepare for this year’s NASCAR Xfinity Series season. With their support, we believe we have all the tools we need — both on and off the track — to succeed.
“Their commitment to excellence matches the passion and determination of our team, and we’re ready to make this a season to remember.”
Wade Moore also commented:
“It’s been an extremely productive offseason. We’ve made changes that we believe will make the 2025 season a year to remember. I’m incredibly proud of our entire team.
“We are thrilled about the addition of Harrison and AM Racing is grateful to kick off our new relationship in Daytona with an anchor partner like Dead On Tools, who continues to increase its support and dedication to the sport.”
