It’s that time of year again: the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) has revealed the preliminary calendar for February’s New York Fashion Week, featuring more than 54 runway shows and designer presentations for the Fall/Winter 2025 season.

The event, scheduled for Thursday, February 6, to Tuesday, February 11, will see several brands return to the American fashion capital’s stage, including 5000, Anna Sui, Campillo, Carolina Herrera, Christian Siriano, Coach, Colleen Allen, Collina Strada, Diotima, Eckhaus Latta, Elena Velez, Kallmeyer, Khaite, Lafayette 148, LaQuan Smith, Luar, Michael Kors, Monse, Prabal Gurung, Sandy Liang, Sergio Hudson, Simkhai, Todd Snyder, Tory Burch, TWP, Ulla Johnson and Zankov.

Brandon Maxwell will open the week with an afternoon show on February 6, and Thom Browne will stage the event’s final runway on the evening of February 11. Additionally, Christopher John Rogers, Altuzarra, Calvin Klein Collection by Veronic Leoni, Fforme, Lapointe, Norma Kamali and Theory appear on the calendar after skipping out on one or more of the previous seasons.

Newcomers include Alexis Bittar, Gabe Gordon, LEBLANCSTUDIOS by Yamil Arbaje and Angelo Beato, and Zoe Gustavia Anna Whalen. Bode, meanwhile, is debuting its 2025 BODE REC collection in a livestream at the GQ Bowl, a red-carpet event taking place alongside Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans.

There are a few usual suspects absent from the calendar. Those include Proenza Schouler, Helmut Lang, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Jason Wu, Wiederhoeft and Willy Chavarria (who is instead presenting his Fall/Winter 2025 collection during Paris Fashion Week Men’s later this month).

“NYFW serves as the premier opportunity for designers and brands to tell their story and share their work in the ways that speak to their communities and business needs. This upcoming season represents themes we see across the industry: calibration and innovation,” Joseph Maglieri, CFDA’s Director of Fashion Week Initiatives, said in a statement. “It reminds us of the importance of brand sovereignty and stamina, and the significance of remaining authentic to where they are now in order to plan for where they want to be in the future.”
