The first ©SAINT Mxxxxxx drop of the year has arrived. After an exciting 2024, the Yuta Hosokawa and Cali DeWitt-helmed outfitter is throwing it back to 1940 for its first release of 2025. In partnership with Disney, the streetwear imprint is commemorating Fantasia, one of Disney’s earliest animated films, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary this year.
Initially released on January 11, 1940, Disney’s anthological dreamscape that is Fantasia brings the immersive Disney magic to classical music across eight Mickey Mouse-led sequences. ©SAINT Mxxxxxx is tapping into this same whimsical spirit in its collaborative capsule with the film, delivering a lineup of three blue-hued graphic pieces that each feature the title image from the movie.
Leading the range is a graphic crewneck, imbued with the oversized graphic of Mickey Mouse in the middle with “Walt Disney’s Fantasia” written on top. On the backside, that’s where the label stamps its logo, with “Saint” written in large lettering. Second up is a long-sleeved tee that takes the exact same form as the crewneck – the only different landing in the form of a starry print running down each sleeve. Closing it out comes a short-sleeved T-shirt that follows suit. In true ©SAINT Mxxxxxx fashion, each piece is distressed by hand.
