Funny idea of a “wonderful” night!

Earlier this week, sources told Page Six that “Jersey Shore” star Angelina Pivarnick was part of a group that terrorized a Christmas performance. Spies said the crew harassed staff, ruined the show for other guests and that one of them even punched a 3’6″ actress in the stomach. Sources said that staffers at the show — Brandon Voss’ “Secret Santa” in Chelsea — eventually called the police about the unruly gang.

When we reached out to her reps, Pivarnick’s attorney, John J. Zidziunas, told us: “This story is completely false and appears to be a clear attempt at creating a clickbait headline. Angelina attended the event with friends and had a wonderful time, spending most of the evening engaging with fans and taking photos. At no point did she act inappropriately or touch anyone.”

He went so far as to say that “while there were others at the venue whose behavior required police intervention… Angelina was not involved in any misconduct.”

But when we got our hands on video that appeared to show Pivarnick after the incident, complaining to police after the incident that show staffers “put their hands on me” while a pal seemed to admit to “standing on a chair” in the venue, the story changed a little.

“What began as a fun night unfortunately turned into a debacle when employees from this pop-up venue allegedly began verbally harassing Angelina and members of her group, and even escalated the matter by putting their hands on Angelina,” Zidziunas told us when we reached out about the video.

“Once her boundary was crossed, Angelina voiced her concerns and sought assistance from security to call law enforcement to de-escalate the conflict created by the venue’s staff. She was completely sober at all times and the video will show her thanking security for calling the police if audio is available,” he said.

In the video, Pivarnick tells cops that she wants to file a police report about the venue. But a pal was peeved that she wanted to file.

“Angelina, are you f–king serious? What are you filing a report for? For me standing up on a chair?,” the friend said in the tape. Pivarnick responded by yelling: “It’s not about you!”

Pivarnick and the rowdy bunch were accused of causing a ruckus and harassing performers during a raunchy festive stage show before they were given the boot.

Castmember Katrina Kemp, who identifies as a “person with dwarfism,” told Page Six that during a segment of the show when the performers interact with the audience, a member of the group punched and squeezed her stomach. She was unable to identify who got physical with her because she was wearing a mask.

Meanwhile, sources told Page Six that members of the group were dancing on the tables of other patrons, and one spy told us: “At one point, [someone from the group] tried to pull the blonde wig off a waitress.”

“A host was called over to try and calm them down, but had no luck so security was called and the unruly revelers were all tossed out on their tacky misbehaving butts!,” they said.

Voss told us they called police after security couldn’t get them to leave the building.

According to the video, Pivarnick said she wanted to file a report about the club. But in the tape she refuses to go to the precinct to fill it out or to file a report online.

On Thursday, after we obtained the video, Zidziunas, told us, “Angelina stands by her position that the video evidence will clearly demonstrate she acted appropriately and did nothing improper or illegal that night. The footage will also confirm that she never had physical contact with anyone… what matters here is that Angelina never personally acted illegal or improper.”

Zidziunas continued, “Throughout the incident, Angelina remained committed to protecting her own safety while handling the situation responsibly. It’s sad when others feel they can mock and provoke someone for being a public figure and they can victimize themselves if the situation escalates. The police thankfully filed a report and Angelina reserves all rights to take legal action.”

A spokesperson for the NYPD told us “there are no complaint reports on file” from that night.

Responding to Pivarnick’s claim that staff “put their hands” on her, Voss told us, “No one put their hands on her. They may have touched her shoulder… They asked her to step out, and we had to call the police. She wasn’t cooperating with security. Rather than physically touching her, we called the police.”
