Two men in their 20s were stabbed aboard a southbound 7 train early Sunday morning, leaving one in critical condition, according to the NYPD.
One young man was stabbed in the face and the other was stabbed in the chest in the 12:30 a.m. incident.
A suspect was taken into custody and a weapon was recovered from the crime scene at the Woodside Station on Roosevelt Avenue and 61st Street, according to police sources.
Both victims were taken to Elmhurst Hospital — where the man stabbed in the chest is in critical condition.
The man stabbed in the face is listed as serious but stable condition.
No word on the nature of the dispute or the circumstances of the arrest of the suspect.
Police say an investigation is ongoing.
