The Miami Dolphins lost to the Houston Texans on Sunday, all but wiping away their playoff hopes. To make matters worse, the team also suffered two major injuries to two receivers.
Grant DuBose suffered one of the most frightening head injuries in recent memory, as he went down and had to have his jersey cut off and face mask removed so training staff could attend to him. DuBose was taken to a local hospital, where he was thankfully given a stable condition destination.
Also, the Dolphins saw star wide receiver Jaylen Waddle exit the game due to a severe knee injury. Now, Miami head coach Mike McDaniel has offered a huge update on the severity of Waddle’s injury.
Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel had a positive Jaylen Waddle knee injury update:
“Not major, not surgery-related.”
He said he avoided anything serious, but Waddle’s status in question against SF.

According to Sun Sentinal reporter David Furones, Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel had a positive Jaylen Waddle knee injury update: ‘Not major, not surgery-related.’ He said he avoided anything serious, but Waddle’s status in question against SF.”
Waddle did suffer a knee injury, but nothing major that will require season-ending surgery. That is massive news considering how he was clutching his leg following the injury.
