“Big” Bronson Reed has been one of the most exciting wrestlers in WWE this past year, participating in multiple excellent matches and creating memorable moments.
That being said, no moment stood out more than when Reed leapt off the steel cage during the Men’s WarGames match at Survivor Series.
Reed’s Tsunami through the table that narrowly missed Roman Reigns was truly a sight to behold. Unfortunately, it seems like it came at a cost.
During the spot, Reed landed poorly and injured his foot, requiring surgery earlier this week.
Despite the outcome, Reed stands by the moment and is optimistic about his recovery.
“I believe that in this business, you have to keep evolving,” Reed said on X. “This is just another time to do so. Your outlook on situations can make or break you.My spirit is unbreakable.”

Now, it looks like the powerful Australian will be out of the squared circle for many months, potentially missing WrestleMania 41.
According to a report from Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Radio, Reed will be missing from in-ring action for “many months.”
“I want to wish the best to Bronson Reed, who underwent foot surgery, I guess, yesterday, and he revealed on social media [that] he was set for surgery, and he had broken his foot, obviously coming off the cage,” Alvarez said.
“Looking like it’s gonna be many months of recovery. And, I mean, the only thing I heard was, like, it was one of those things where, like, it was more complicated than they thought when they went in there. But apparently, they got it all done, and he’s on the road to recovery, so all the best to him.”

Meltzer echoed this sentiment, noting that Reed is “not expected to be back for WrestleMania.”
“Bronson Reed is having foot surgery,” Meltzer said. “He’s going to be out for months, yeah, a long time. I was told, after you [Alvarez] had messaged me that, I asked somebody there and they said that he’s not expected to be back for WrestleMania. It’s expected to be a long time.”
Needless to say, this is a huge loss for WWE. Reed has firmly established himself as one of the most exciting Superstars on the roster today.
Whether he’s facing off against Seth “Freakin” Rollins, the Original Bloodline, Chad Gable, or Braun Strowman, Reed has always been able to maintain the crowd’s attention and come across as a dangerous monster.
Hopefully, “Big” Bronson Reed will be able to make a quick and safe recovery.
