Luigi Mangione, the suspect in UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson’s slaying, was ordered to be held without bail following his arraignment in a Pennsylvania court Monday night.
The 26-year-old suspect has been charged him with forgery, carrying firearms without a license, tampering with records or identification, possessing an instrument of crime and providing false identification to law enforcement.
Asked if he needed a public defender, Mangione asked if he could âanswer that at a future date.â
