Terrifier 3 is a Christmas movie, and it’s coming to digital platforms just in time for the holiday season. You better believe that deranged killer clown dons a Santa costume in this one! Now that’s what I call getting into the festive spirit.
Those who have seen the cult hits Terrifier and Terrifier 2 will know to expect blood, guts, and even more blood from the third movie in this grotesque horror series. Written and directed by Damien Leone, the twisted mind behind the first two films, Terrifer 3 sees the return of Lauren LaVera as Sienna Shaw, the poor teenage girl who is still being terrorized by Art the Clown (played by David Howard Thornton). And this time around… it’s Christmas!
If you didn’t get a chance to catch the movie in theaters, now is your chance to watch Terrifier 3 streaming on digital platforms. That said, you’ll have to pay a premium price to watch it.

Beginning on Tuesday, November 26, 12 a.m. Eastern Time—which is also November 25 at 9 p.m Pacific Time—Terrifier 3 will be available to buy digitally on Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Vudu, and more. The price may vary depending on which platform you use to purchase the film, but on Amazon Prime the movie costs $24.99 to buy, and $19.99 to rent. If you rent the movie, you’ll have 48 hours to watch the movie after you hit “play.”
Terrifier 3 is not yet streaming on any subscription streaming services, but we do expect to see Terrifier 3 streaming free on Prime eventually, based on the past releases of Terrifier films.
When will Terrifier 3 be streaming free on Amazon Prime Video?
The Terrifier 3 Amazon Prime free streaming release date has not yet been announced, but we can make an educated guess as to when the film will be streaming, based on previous the previous two Terrifier movies, which are both now streaming free on Amazon Prime.
Terrifier 2 came out in theaters on October 6, 2022; released on video-on-demand in November 2022; and began streaming free-for-subscribers on Prime Video in early April 2023—about six months after the movie first opened in theaters.
If Terrifier 3 follows a similar release pattern, you might see the movie streaming free on Amazon Prime Video around April 2025, aka about six months after the theatrical release date.
But this is all speculation. If you want to watch the Terrifier 3 movie right away, you can buy the film online starting tomorrow.
