EXCLUSIVE: Anticipation is growing for Harlan Coben‘s next Netflix series Missing You and the streamer is building buzz with a trailer, which you can watch above.
Following the runaway success of Fool Me Once, which was the streamer’s most-watched show in the first half of this year, Missing You stars Slow Horses’ Rosalind Eleazar along with Ashley Walters, Lenny Henry and frequent Coben collaborator Richard Armitage.
Missing You follows Kat Donovan (Eleazar), a detective specialising in Missing Persons. Eleven years ago, her fiancé Josh, the love of her life, vanished without a trace, and she hasn’t heard from him since. Now, swiping profiles on a dating app, she suddenly sees his face and her world explodes all over again.

The show also stars Steve Pemberton, Jessica Plummer, Mary Malone, Lisa Faulkner and James Nesbitt.
As with Fool Me Once, Missing You will be produced by Quay Street Productions. Coben will EP through his company, Final Twist Productions. In keeping with previous Harlan Coben adaptations, Missing You relocates the story from the U.S. to the UK, with filming taking place in and around Manchester and the North West of England earlier this year.
With Fool Me Once killing it on the streaming platform at the start of this year, Netflix gave the greenlight to both Missing You and another Coben show, Run Away. Via Coben’s long-running deal with Netflix, the two shows will be his ninth and 10th adaptations.
EPs are Coben, Shindler, Richard Fee, Victoria Asare-Archer and Danny Brocklehurst. Asare-Archer was lead writer, with Nimer Rashed and Isher Sahota directing. Guy Hescott is producer.
