Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian Barker have worked it out on the remix. Er, the collab.
Both sisters star in the latest campaign for Skims’ Dolce & Gabbana collection, just a year after their feud about Kim “copying” Kourt’s Dolce Vita wedding vibe, the feud that led to a fight in which Kim revealed that she and the family have a group chat without Kourtney to talk about how sensitive she is.
This. of course, caused Kourt to utter the now famous line, “It’s you and my friends and my kids and everyone against me. You’re just a fucking witch and I fucking hate you.”
Whether it’s the combined power of the two women or the two brands, the Skims X Dolce & Gabbana was an instant success, leading the website to briefly crash. Break the Internet 2.0!

Fortunately, the page is back up and running…mostly. If an item is marked “low stock,” it’s pretty much guaranteed to be sold out, though you can add yourself to a waitlist in case it comes back. They’re definitely cuter than the green and pink jammies she made for a Wicked screening, no offense.
The collection and ad campaign seem to draw inspiration from, among other influences, Italian screen siren Sophia Loren. In one picture, Kim poses next to an enormous vat of spaghetti. Loren once famously said of her curves, “everything you see, I owe to spaghetti.”
The accuracy of this quote is debatable, but so what? Spaghetti!
If a feud is what it takes to get a good collaboration going, we have suggestions. Maybe fight over which sister is the most environmentally sustainable and then put out some eco-bras?
Just riffing, go where the spirit takes you.
